
SHIPPING
1. 99% of our orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours. However, we guarantee delivery of all orders of any size as per estimated delivery guidelines (under FAQ) from the date of order. If we are unable to dispatch the goods on time, we will call you to inform and give you a suitable arrival date for your order.
2. The minimum shipping charge is ₹150 irrespective of the order size. Unless Specified ''Free'' or otherwise at the time of check out.
3. Depending on order sizes we will work out the most logical method of shipping. For example, an order of upto 1 case will most it will probably be delivered by a courier service. Orders of multiple cases will probably be delivered by nominated freight carrier specialising in distribution of F&B products. By doing this, we help maintain the cost down for you while ensuring the product reaches to you in a safe and timely manner. If you are unsure about the delivery arrangements being made for your order, it is recommended you get in touch with us.4. If the delivery receipt is signed by the consignee at the time of delivery, the carrier establishes the freight was delivered without exceptions thereby fulfilling the contract terms and conditions of delivery. If no documentation has been provided to the carrier, then your claim for damages, concealed damages and shortages cannot be credited back to your account for we cannot process a claim establishing carrier liability.
DAMAGED GOODS
Be sure that you inspect all cartons for obvious mishandling or damage before the delivery person leaves. Most freight carriers require damage notice next to your signature. You are responsible for following the carrier’s policy of handling damaged shipments. If the delivery receipt is signed by the consignee at the time of delivery, the carrier establishes the freight was delivered without exceptions thereby fulfilling the contract terms and conditions of delivery. If no documentation has been provided to the carrier, then your claim for damages, concealed damages and shortages cannot be credited back to your account for we cannot process a claim establishing carrier liability. Please follow these procedures to address any potential claims:
i. Establish the shortage, damages and concealed damages while the product is still in the carrier’s possession.
ii. Please ensure that you have checked all sections of our invoice including number of pieces and the number of SKU’s for correctness before signing the delivery receipt.
iii. All discrepancies of the shipment must be noted on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves your premises.
i.v. TASTE BRITAIN must be notified of any damages or other claims within 7 days of delivery date. This will also help us in letting our freight carrier know about the discrepancy.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR CREDITS
1. We will accept merchandise (except Drinks) for return from the original purchaser only. Any products purchased must be returned within 15 days from date of invoice for a full return. After 15 days, absolutely no returns, exchanges or credits will be issued, and no returns of products that have been mishandled, abused, altered or used in such a way as to void the Manufacturers’ warranty of such product.
2. If products are being returned for reasons other than being defective, you have 10 working days from receipt of delivery for a credit to be issued for the cost at the time of purchase. Please allow up to two weeks for a refund.
3. Products may not be returned without a Return Authorization Code Number (RCN). All returns must be returned with original packaging and all accessories. Items returned not in factory sale-able condition will be charged a minimum of 25% restocking fee.
4. All freight, labor and handling charges from the original invoice are not refundable.
